| All non-profit accounts expire April 30th. You must re-register each year. You can re-register anytime after September 1st. |
| Gold Cards must be re-registered every year after October 1st. |
| It may take up to 48 hours for McKay's to activate your account. |
| It's your responsibilty to ensure your account is updated to reflect any group changes. |
| Checks are distributed to the non-profit groups in May. |
